“Ndi Umunyarwanda is not a political instrument but a way of making Rwandans understand who they are and ditch their ethnic differences. Campaigns that will make Rwandans understand that they are one nation, culture and nothing of a difference.” explained the governor.

In the Ndi Umunyarwanda programme,   Rwandans reveal and tell the truth about what happened in the 1994 genocide against Tutsis. Those who are guilty ask for forgiveness and the victims feel relieved that they forgive. It is considered as the therapy for both victims and perpetrators.
