According to the Governor of the Southern province on the 19th.June.2012 in the meeting that brought all executive secretaries in the province so as to get solutions for this problem, it should be found out why and what to be done for permanent solutions.

Rwanda | Leaders should helpGovernor Alphonse Munyetwali started saying, “we are always accused of not finishing people’s cases and programming ourselves will make us get to the root of this problem and solve it for real.”

Well knowing that executive sectaries of sectors have other responsibilities that takes much of their time the governor advised them saying, “you can get a whole month while putting together all the cases that needs to be finished and get another month ruling over them and finishing them on the days you have prepared and announced to people concerned.”

Executive secretaries are supposed to do this so that they solve people’s problems and especially ending their cases that has been in courts of law for a very long time.
